Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on assigned portfolio of our customers throughout various stages of the customer lifecycle and be the main point of contact for our customers, leading the sales strategy, overcoming objections and negotiating success
  • Understand and translate new customer’s business model and goals for using our SaaS products;
  • Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences; provide technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer need and usage scenarios
  • Implement, integrate and train customers in utilizing our Saas products to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Facilitate the management of the customers’ expectations during the implementation process by creating a clear statement of work including milestones to measure success.
  • Consult customers on best practices in proxy servers, VPN and SaaS.
  • Demonstrate verbally, in writing and through live product demos, how customers can capture value and envision their future with us
  • Ensure that customer satisfaction has been met by clearly documenting what success means to them and translating that success during the implementation of the products from our portfolio.
  • Provide support during the sales process to assist in closing new business.
  • Implement new customers with basic configurations, in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Independently manage multiple priorities, customer meetings, follow-up with customers, and internal/external support while maintaining a high level of service in a customer friendly manner.
  • Facilitate the management of client expectations including, but not limited to, discussions with Customer/Project Manager regarding specific need
  • Leverage social, digital, video, chat, phone and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to and manage customers
  • Ensure critical issues/problems are being addressed in a timely fashion and manage ongoing customer relationships to ensure long-term customer success with our technologies

 What you need:

  • 4-year degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of applicable technology related sales or business development experience; preferably working within a technical sales environment.
  • Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture of servers and VPN. Experience working with or selling similar solutions preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communications skills. Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via the phone, email, video, and presentations
  • Desire to work in a competitive environment where one’s growth potential is driven by one’s abilities and attitude
  • Ability to identify the key aspects of SaaS consumption growth engagement, nurture the engagement, and manage the customer relationship through success
  • Solid time management skills and ability to work independently or under supervision with a high level of integrity
  • Experience using Zendesk CRM or other CRM experience is a bonus
  • Passion for technologies and changing the world
  • Fluency in English at a business level
