Customer Success Executive

Job Role:

  • Inbound – Contact, qualify and manage prospective customers
  • Qualify new business opportunities and set up web meetings for demonstration.
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction, adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Conduct high-level demos and use case discussions with prospects
  • Write effective sales proposals.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all new and existing sales inquiries
  • Promoting the features and benefits of our products to potential clients
  • Achieve and Exceed daily, monthly, quarterly and annual goals and metrics as outlined by sales management
  • Specifically managing a pipeline of upsell opportunities and delivering results against a quota.
  • Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase timeframes, next steps, and forecasting
  • Proactively identify and prioritize their prospects and accounts to focus efforts on those with the highest likelihood of closing, potential growth, strategic value
  • Finding new and creative ways to grow user engagement
  • Monitoring customer health to identify and manage account escalations
  • Help establish best practices in Customer Success to be shared with new members of a quickly growing team

 What You Need:


    • B.E in Computer Science/IT /EEE/ECE.
    • MBA in Marketing will be a plus.
    • 1 to 2 years experience in a relevant sales role
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience in tech start-ups/SaaS Products preferred.
